Power up with breakfast

In today’s world we have become too busy and often skip breakfast. However, it is important to start your day with a healthy breakfast. A healthy breakfast is important to jump-start your metabolism and has been shown to help with weight loss and maintenance.

Here are some quick tips to help you include more breakfast each day

  • Blend breakfast smoothie with low-fat milk, frozen strawberries and a banana

  • Top a toaster waffle with low-fat yogurt and your favorite fruit slices

  • Spread a flour tortilla with peanut butter. Add a whole banana and roll it up
