Ingredients:

1 loaf crusty 100% whole grain bread cut lengthwise 

One container of your favorite hummus

Slice one whole cucumber in thin shavings 

About 5-6 medium radishes, thinly sliced 

Chop 2-3 stalks of chives or green onions 

 

Directions:

Brush each side of the bread with olive oil and toast

Add a thin layer of hummus and cut the bread into pieces

Add the thinly sliced cucumber and radish to each finger size

 bread

Garnish with arugula and chives serve
