Ingredients:
1 pound asparagus cleaned and ends snipped
4 Tablespoons EVOO
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic finely minced
1/2 tsp tarragon
1/2 cup grated cheese (Pecorino Romano)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Mixed all ingredients except the cheese.
Pour generously over the asparagus in a shallow baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Asparagus should be still firm.
Remove from oven, place on a serving tray, sprinkle with
cheese while hot and serve.
